We liked everything during our stay. We received a warm welcome from Adrian at the reception and his colleague who helped us with our bags. The staff at breakfast were outstanding. Special thanks to Alicia who went out of her way to assist us, and nothing was too much trouble. She gave us a lot of tips for what to see and do in Barcelona. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was excellent as it was very close to all of the top attractions. The breakfast was superb.

The hotel is in a great location, it's really easy to get around from there. It's comfortable, clean and staff were friendly/helpful, particularly at breakfast. There was a problem with the hot water on our first day. The issued was resolved by the following morning and Icon gave us a part-refund without being asked which was a nice surprise. They also left some sweets and drinks in the room with a note of apology. This was also a nice touch. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 15 years and 12 years) in a quadruple room which was big and spacious enough. I would definitely stay at Icon again if we return to Barcelona.

Hotel is located on a quite street but at the same time is very central. Breakfast is one of the best I had in a hotel (and we’ve been to Barcelona many time mes before). The hotel staff is on another level! Guys from the front desk are genuinely attentive and friendly, and the hotel manager Alicia is a gem. She made our stay in the hotel really special by her constant attention to our family (and other guests equally) needs. I won’t stop recommending ICON to all our friends and anyone traveling to Barcelona. Thank you so much for our amazing time and your hard work! P.s. Happy Birthday, Alicia! The location was great close to all the shopping and restaurants plus other attractions. Still it was not on a very busy street. Loved the breakfast. The selection was excellent. Our waitress Chaima served us very well. She is extremely friendly and efficient. The front seat staff was very friendly also. The waitress in the restaurant was very efficient and friendly. Over all I had a very wonderful stay.

Incredible. Book it! The breakfast is an unbelievable selection. Better than some 5 star resorts we've been to. The rooms are luxe and capacious. Location is within walking distance to many arractions if you can handle the heat. We're a family with 2 kids & managed easily. It's great to have a cool off pool in the city, that was a must have. To be clear, it is just big enough to dip in but no less pleasant. Thank you, Icon!
