Hotel is located on a quite street but at the same time is very central. Breakfast is one of the best I had in a hotel (and we’ve been to Barcelona many time mes before). The hotel staff is on another level! Guys from the front desk are genuinely attentive and friendly, and the hotel manager Alicia is a gem. She made our stay in the hotel really special by her constant attention to our family (and other guests equally) needs. I won’t stop recommending ICON to all our friends and anyone traveling to Barcelona. Thank you so much for our amazing time and your hard work! P.s. Happy Birthday, Alicia! Thank you for making our weekly stay in your hotel truly memorable. Best, Nastassia, Yauheni, and Paulina.

The room was more spacious than expected and felt more like a suite. Nice to have a small balcony looking onto the street. The bed was large and comfortable with nice bed linen and pillows. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of foods and the breakfast area was very relaxing. Staff were all lovely and very attentive. The hotel was located within a few minutes walk of several metro stations and within short walking distance to many of the sights and main shopping areas so ideally located. There are also several cafes, bars and restaurants very close by. Although outwith the busiest areas there was, as anticipated, some traffic noise overnight.

The hotel is in a great location, it's really easy to get around from there. It's comfortable, clean and staff were friendly/helpful, particularly at breakfast. There was a problem with the hot water on our first day. The issued was resolved by the following morning and Icon gave us a part-refund without being asked which was a nice surprise. They also left some sweets and drinks in the room with a note of apology. This was also a nice touch. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 15 years and 12 years) in a quadruple room which was big and spacious enough. I would definitely stay at Icon again if we return to Barcelona.

We liked everything during our stay. We received a warm welcome from Adrian at the reception and his colleague who helped us with our bags. The staff at breakfast were outstanding. Special thanks to Alicia who went out of her way to assist us, and nothing was too much trouble. She gave us a lot of tips for what to see and do in Barcelona. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was excellent as it was very close to all of the top attractions. The breakfast was superb.

We came to Barcelona to relax and see the city. The location of the hotel is very good. The biggest attractions are within a 10 minute walk or by public transport. The building and rooms are wonderful and clean. There is a separate gluten-free menu for breakfast. The breakfast is fantastic, as described! The staff is helpful and very nice. We even received a gift in our room. We were able to communicate in our native language, which is unusual since we are Hungarians. Thank you everyone!
